Service Description

Koreatown is one of the most fascinating neighborhoods in LA. Gothic churches and Byzantine temples are broken up by Korean BBQ restaurants and trendy karaoke hotels. New residential buildings are being constructed right next to some of LA's most beautiful and historic structures, mixing the old LA with the new LA. Over 2 hrs., you'll be taken on an architectural adventure to visit art deco theatres, futuristic event spaces, ultra baroque parking lots, and more! In between fascinating buildings, you'll learn about the best places to eat, how the 90s riots impacted the community, and how a global obsession with K Pop bands like BTS has brought a new dimension to K Town tourism. It may only be a short 1.5 mile walk, but this tour is packed with information about LA history and architecture. This tour is an easy walk down Wilshire Blvd, from the Wilshire & Vermont Metro to the Wilshire & Western Metro.
